Work on your yoga practice while on the road! Start with Sun Salutation A and maybe move to Sun Salutation B before that stressful meeting. Feeling confident and want a challenge? Try some of the Miscellaneous Asanas to grow your practice. YogiPosi is for any yogi that wants to learn the Sanskrit names and English names of the asanas (poses) and wants the ability to work your practice in your hotel room or at home. Set the Play (pose) Timer for any amount time youd like, for up to an hour! Default time between poses is 60 seconds, so you might want to set the timer for 120 seconds as you begin your journey through the salutations.
