Exercise Assistant helps You when You work out by measuring exercise time.
It measures training and pause time period for all exercises and also total training time.
The whole training is divided into many exercises and pauses.
At first You set number of exercises and pause length (and other options, such as alarm sound) on Settings page.
Then You can begin a new training. For that, click Start training button.
When You finish current exercise, click Finish Exercise. This runs countdown timer, which counts pause time.
When pause time is over, Exercise Assistant will notice You by playing ringtone/alarm music of your choice.
Then click Finish Pause button and start new exercise.
On the Statistics page You can see all exercise and pause time periods.
