築智多FUN (UR City FUN)

市區重建局 (市建局)成立的『市區更新探知館』，為學生、團體和公眾人士提供有關香港市區更新的資訊，包括市區老化的問題、市區更新的進程，以及市建局的工作等。為了讓大家隨時隨地都可以尋找市建局項目的資料，特別設計「築智多FUN」應用程式，方便市民、老師及同學在遊走舊區時，一按便可查閱就近的市建局項目。我們更希望提升同學對學習市區更新議題的興趣，程式內有一個由你話事的更新舊區小遊戲，你的不同選擇會有不同結果，更可將你的成果上載Facebook與好友分享。當然也少不了預約參觀市區更新探知館及探知館導遊的功能啦!重點功能推介:• 市建座標 無論走到那裡，都可以輕易尋找附近的市建局項目，並提供基本項目資料，包括重建發展、樓宇復修、保育活 化。• 市區更新小遊戲 在一個模擬舊城，讓你自行決定如何進行更新。你的選擇將會改變這個城市的面貌，更可將成果上載Facebook 與好友分享。• 遊覽及預約參觀『市區更新探知館』。The Urban Renewal Exploration Centre (UREC) of the Urban Renewal Authority (URA) provides students, organisations and the general public with urban renewal information, including the problem of urban decay, process of urban renewal as well as the work of the URA. This “UR City Fun” App allows users to search for information of URA’s projects at their fingertips wherever they go. There is also a mini game for players to decide how to revitalize an old city with various buildings, and then share their renewed city on the facebook. Functions for making appointments to visit the UREC and a virtual tour of the UREC are also available.Highlighted Functions:• Project Hunt Searching for the information of URA’s projects in your proximity has never been that easy, including redevelopment, rehabilitation, preservation & revitalisation.• “Renew Your City” Mini Game In a virtual old city, it’s you to decide its fate. Your every action will make the city different, and you can share your renewed city on facebook.• Virtual tour and online booking of UREC guided tour.
