At last, keep an eye on your waiting room on the left. You don’t want that to get full and their time is ticking as well.Play surgeon and try to save your patients' lives. Get them from the waiting room (left) to the operating room (left) by clicking on them and sliding them to a bed. Click on the organ they need at the bottom of your screen and on the patient who needs it. Careful, the patients and the organs have a limited life span. You have to perform a certain number of operations to get to the next level.
