Steps to Use: When you get into this application, press the button of Type of activity.Then, you have to fill in some personal information.Input the name, gender and birthday.Enter your height in inches.Enter your weight in pounds.Check all the information. Then you could check the New activity, Historical activities and Options.As for the new activity, there are four training modes to choose.TEMPOSet the time in minutes and then click Continue.DISTANCEInput the distance in meter.CALORIE AND LIBERONo matter which kind of training mode you choose, the detailed training information could be checked.The training information includes time spent, distance traveled, calorie consumption, average speed and completion.In addition, the GPS information could also be obtained. In the Options, you could edit the profile or delete it directly.
