The workouts pre-loaded in BattleFit range from Easy, for people starting out through to Hard, for the more seasoned BattleFit users. BattleFit is working out with a twist. It is based on challenging one or more players at any type of workout you wish. We preload the app with 100+ pre-defined workouts, however it is not limited to just these workouts. We give you the ability to create your own workouts so that you don't feel held back by what we have to offer. You can also battle yourself at any workout to improve your personal best , or train under the radar until you are ready to battle someone online. Keep track of your progress as well as climb the leaderboard to the top of the BattleFit world.
