CAPRICHOS DE CANTABRIA ha sido diseñado y creado para aportar valor añadido a la estancia de los congresistas ofreciéndoles la posibilidad de beneficiarse de atractivas ventajas y promociones en el comercio, hostelería y restauración de las ciudades, Santander y Torrelavega. A través de esta iniciativa, se ponen también en conocimiento de los visitantes lugares con encanto a descubrir durante su tiempo de ocio.
