Anvaya League

The first Amateur football league in Cambodia.---- The first Anvaya football league with Anvaya SC, Phnom Penh International Airport, Bassac FC, KhmerDev, Tiger FC, PSE and Red Cowboys.About ANVAYA LEAGUEAnvaya considers sports, especially team sports, as a social and community vector of integration. With the organization of a first football league under our responsibility we intend to develop exchanges between the different communities in Cambodia today: Local Cambodians, Overseas Cambodians and Expatriates. We plan to organize this League yearly, and we thank in advance those teams who will accept to join us for this first edition. We are committed to be impartial and professional in organizing this event that will emphasize the values of sport: effort and fair play. About ANVAYA ANVAYA allies young foreign born/raised Khmer professionals currently living and working in the Old Kingdom, striving to lend a sincere hand toward Cambodia's development. Already here in the Kingdom or currently abroad and about to return, ANVAYA is the only network among overseas Khmers looking for common dialogue, information intelligence, activity organization, or just simple social connection.About ANVAYA SPORTING CLUBBeyond its many social activities in Cambodia, ANVAYA launched its football club in 2011, gathering players among its members, but also outside its network with individuals sharing its core values: identity, solidarity and commitment. All values that are sublimated by the exercise of a team sport such as football, during training and also weekly games. Today the club counts 30 players, with a majority of French-Cambodians, a few expatriates and local Cambodians. The ASC has participated in various competitions in Cambodia, notably it won the third rank in the 2012 Mekong International tournament.
