New app puts Falcon Customer Service at Operators’ fingertips: Falcon Customer Service has launched a new app for mobile and tablet users: The Falcon Customer Service app puts global resources at users’ fingertips, and offers instant touch-call features for its AOG Hotlines, Technical Center, Spares, Field Service, and more. The app is compatible with the iPhone®, iPad® and Android™ phones and tablets. Development for use with Windows® phones and tablets is currently in progress. The team responsible for development of the app plans to update it regularly and continually enhance its content and capabilities. For example, the first update to the app will include a map view of Field Service coverage and contacts, as a complement to the list view and information currently provided.
