Earth Viewer by using OpenGL ES 2.0. renders 3D rotating planet Earth with detail surface, live clouds, including atmosphere effect and bump map technique. Application includes the following Live weatherLive lightBump mappingAntialiasingAtmosphere effectOpen source / see homepage*Internet access - Application requires this permission to download the cloud map durring startup (~0,4MB) from http://xplanet.sourceforge.net. The map is infrared compisite from satellite images. *Please note, that the application has been tested only on Samsung Galaxy series. Black screen issue is related with OpenGL capabilities of device. Sorry for this and other bugs. You can help by downloading the source, debugging it and sent feedback.
