STAND (Stop Texting ANDriving) was created with one purpose in mind, to save lives and prevent or reduce accidents by blocking incoming and outgoing texting while driving. We greatly value your feedback about how much you like this application and how well it works and will use your input to always strive for the best application to prevent accidents and save lives.Features* Blocks incoming and outgoing text messages, while allowing the user to send customized automated reply text messages.* Auto-Activation, the app runs as a background feature on your phone and automatically activates when the mobile device is traveling above a pre-determined speed (20 mph is the default speed).* Parent/Child Protection, the application acts as a (Parent) administrator to 3 child devices (phones). * Tamper proof for the child devices. Meaning that the child devices cannot disable, turn off, or delete the STAND app without permission from the Parent (Administrator) device.* Tamper Notification alerts the Parent device if there are any attempts to disable or delete the app from the child device.* Emergency contact list, allows for 3 contacts in the "child" device to be texted or contacted, even when the device is speed activated. These contacts are determined by the Parent (administrator).* 911 feature. During an emergency or accident, a text message showing the map location and a preset text message is sent to the "3 contacts" mentioned above. Additionally, 911 is called.* Allows user to disable other applications on the phone such as "making phone calls", Pandora, web browser, etc. (Determined by Parent device).* Administrative portal, allows the Parent device to monitor child devices from phone devices or internet browser website.
