If you have to manually enter data at every stop, then why not use pen and paper? Just charge your phone while driving and My Mileage takes care of the rest. Plug your phone into the car charger and it will automatically log the miles for tax purposes and track the odometer changes. When you stop for fuel and make it a habot to charge your phone in the car, My Mileage will default the correct odometer reading, just use voice input for gallons/litres and fuel cost. Once you have 2 fill ups, My Mileage will calculate fuel milage based on difference in odometer readings divided by fuel usage. Supports partial fill ups. Take full advantage of your phones capabilities to track tax deductible business and charitable expenses. Use your camera to scan an image of receipts. Email your data of the phone with all the receipt images and a nice spreadsheet. Automatic TrackingWhen your phone is plugged in, My Mileage sits in the background and uses GPS to log the miles for tax purposes.It uses your last entry to default the expense type, vehicle used, and odometer reading. ExportWhen you are ready, have My Mileage package all images and an Excel report in a zip file. Send the zip file to yourself, your accountant or your manager for expense reimbursement. In other words, we may have to add some more very annoying advertising for unlimited entries. So please understand and do not flame us when you have to deal with advertising to get access to more records:)-All data and images are saved to the SD Card when the data is emailed-Mileage is automatically updated when Odometer End is updated. GPS must be stopped for the calculation to work.-Mileage, odometer readings and expenses are all auto filled in when possible.
