Welcome to Whirble!Whirble is an all new event-based social network! Create public, private, friends only, and invitation only events. Invite your friends to come to your events, as well as accept and find events that your friends created. Whether you want to set up a small dinner with friends, or invite 10,000 of you closest friends to your next rock show, Whirble is the network for you. Instead of a calendar view that is difficult to manage on mobile, all of your events show up on feeds such as "My Events" and "Invitations". Push notifications help instantly notify you of any event invitation.While it is possible to manage all of your personal events on Whirble, the app is designed to interact with friends! Make sure to spread the word about Whirble on other social networks you are currently using. Why create Whirble?:We created Whirble because we felt that no social platform had developed an innovative way to manage events between you and your friends. We also developed our own platform because we do not agree with the privacy settings available on other networks. We have NO intentions to sell your data to a third party! A social network should be about friends, not constant nagging advertisements.Event Permissions Explained:Public: Anyone with a Whirble account can see your public events.Friends Only: Only your friends can see your events.Invite Only: Only those specifically invited to event can see the event.Private: Only you can see the event.*If an event is created with "friends can add" permission, anyone going to that event can add friends of their own.*If you create a public or friend only event, you may still want to specifically invite/notify certain friends of the event.What this app is not:* This app is not meant to be a fully featured calendar.----At this time you must have an internet connection to use Whirble services. No calendar events are stored locally on your device.----We will soon add time-zone settings.----There is currently no widget although there may be in the future.* A calendar aggregator: We do not import or export events from other services.
