Private communication between therapists and patientsTherapists should create accounts on the Tunnel T web site (http://tunnelt.com). That's where therapists add clients to their accounts, keep treatment notes, and take care of Tunnel T billing. Once you create a web account, go to Settings to "Add another device." You will get a passphrase. Enter this passphrase into the mobile app, and you now have a mobile messenger to communicate with your clients.Clients/patients: your therapist will send you a passphrase. Simply enter it when the app prompts you. Then you will select a 6-digit PIN, and you're ready.Therapists and patients need a safe, private space to converse online. We call it a tunnel. Use your tunnel to discuss appointments, medication, billing, or the actual topics of the therapy.Leave messages for each other, to read and reply to when convenient, or chat in real time. Share files (such as bills or documents). All of it is encrypted to maintain security.Tunnel T is a sophisticated yet simple platform for private communication. It’s HIPAA-compatible.
