HELP ME TO LOSE WEIGHT

This app does not tell me that I should not have eaten this or that I should have exercised more. Instead, this app has become my encouragement when I fall and has held my hand when I needed to get back on track. Sometimes it has been a note telling me that I am beautiful when I look into the mirror.I need that little boost of encouragement every morning when I wake up. I look forward to that small burst of sunshine that gets me off to the right start. It is kind of nice, actually. I do not have to tell anyone about this app if I don't want to. Or I can tell the whole world if I choose to. This is my secret inspiration that I look forward to each day. Keep smiling at me when I do good. And thank you for the winks when I passed on something so tempting. You see, it is those little signs of encouragement that help me make it through the day. I often go to bed at night wondering what will you tell me tomorrow, and the next day, and the day after that.....
