The light and your breathing slow down over time and you relax. After a defined time Prana-Light turns off and you fall asleep or already did. Unlike other Apps working with sounds or voices the soft light of the Prana-Light App does not disturb others. You may also combine Prana-Light with your preferred music on your phone.
