Floating Islands Lite Beta

Enjoy your own personal island oasis in the sky with Floating Islands Lite Beta! This live wallpaper places you high up in the sky looking onto a small hovering island in which you have full control. Change the entire color theme of the wallpaper, change what type of island you want, even control the weather itself! Watch as it progresses through the day in real time, going from morning all the way through night time modes. Are you having a good day, and want your phone to reflect your sunny disposition? Set the time mode to "Day" and the weather mode to "Clear"! Are you a little more gloomy and blue? Switch the color mode over to "Aquanaut's Dream" and enable the "Storm" weather mode! Perhaps you are in a more subtle or dark mood, use our "Monochrome" color theme and set the time to "Night"! If you want a little less maintenance, put in your ZIP/Postal code or city name in and have your apps weather change automatically to match your real local weather.Have fun and enjoy this abstract live wallpaper! Be sure to send us any suggestions you may have to improve the app or make it better for the final release. We decided to release the app into a beta testing stage so that we could get input from you, the user, and make the live wallpaper that YOU want. Perhaps you want a specific color theme available for the basic settings, or a specific island type (We have plenty of unique ideas ourselves!). Note that the internet permissions required for this app are used for a small ad, but more so used for the real time weather system. We went this route rather than the GPS route specifically to save users from the extra battery drain involved, as well as to prevent cautious users from being weary of the app. The weather data is only downloaded if you use the "Realtime" weather mode, and is only downloaded as often as you set it to. The data downloaded is only 2KB however, so be sure to try it out!Also note that this is a live wallpaper application, and it will not be displayed in the app drawer like a typical app. If you are unaware of how to set a live wallpaper, it should be something similar to the following :Press your menu button -> Press "Wallpaper" -> Press "Live Wallpapers" -> Select "Floating Islands Lite Beta" -> Press "Set Wallpaper" or "Settings" and away you go!
