Pongz

Pongz is a two-dimensional sports game based on squash .

The player controls an in-game paddle by moving it vertically across one side of the field, and competes against a computer controlled opponent. Race with your friends to the top of the leaderboard.

Players use the paddles to hit a ball back and forth. The aim is for a player to earn more points than the opponent; points are earned when one fails to return the ball to the other. Simple, but...

AI opponents have distinct characteristics, different on the speed of movement, the precision of placement, the reaction time, and the target position. AI players also have their position in the leaderboard

The size of each players paddle is governed by his global ELO-based scores; e.g. a top player gets a smaller paddle against a rookie, but two rookies get the same paddles size.
