Draft Notes

Draft Notes is an App made for presenting your works and ideas in front of people (especially with a secondary screen or projector), ideally for education tutorial and business presentation. It allows drafting notes and free hand drawings on top of your prepared documents (.pdf, .xls, .doc, .rtf, iWork09, iWork08/06, .jpg, .png).

With Apple Composite AV Cable, Component AV Cable or VGA Adapter plugged to your iPad, both your document and drafts can also be shown simultaneously on a secondary screen (TV, LCD monitor, projector, etc.).

You can also create decent drawing with Draft Notes using finger or an iPad compatible stylus. The Color Picker provides common color swatches, and arbitrary color composition (with opacity) for user to choose from. The Stroke Sizer lets you adjust the stroke size and select a couple of stroke styles.

Although Draft Notes is not intended for text editing, the Font Selector lets user to pick out font from some commonly used fonts in presentation. The Text Edit mode enables user to add text to where he/she taps on the screen.

Each screen with notes and drawings can be saved as image in Photo Album, iTunes File Sharing, Email attachment and dropBox.

The synchronization of documents and saved images are handled by iTunes File Sharing, which can be found in iTunes Devices - [Your iPad], the bottom part of the “Apps” tab. Or, if you have a Dropbox account, you can synchronize the files with Dropbox.
