Managing tasks using TeamToDo is like putting sticky notes(ToDo tag) on one big whiteboard that can be seen and shared over the Internet from anywhere.
You and your work mates can manage tasks by adding, moving and editing these ToDo tags on the board on your iPads.

TeamToDo is one of the GTD apps designed to share things to do with your work mates in the simplest way.
Big difference from other GTD apps is that you can know what tasks are in progress just by looking at the board and visualized tasks are synced with your work mates iPads.
You dont even need to stay in the same room with your work mates.

The board has 3 parted areas and each area has description of task status on the top left corner.

[ToDo] area is where you put new tasks nobody is working on yet.

[Working] area is where you put tasks you are working on right now.

[Done] area is where you put tasks that have been finished.

** How can I create a new board ? **
You can create new board as many as you want.
However, if the name is already used by someone else, you can not use it for your board.
If there is no activity for long enough term on the specific board, it will be deleted automatically by the server program.

1.Tap [New Board] on the tool bar.
2.[Create New Panel] shows up, enter board name.
If you setup the board as private board, enter a password as well.

** How can I share the board with my work-mates? **
As long as you have either wifi or cellular connection, you can join the board and share it with your work-mates.
To join the same board, share the board-name with the other work-mates as well as password if its set.

** How can I join my teams board? **
First of all, ask your team leader a board-name and a password if available.
1. Tap [Board] button on the center of the tool bar.If you have already joined before, [Board] button shows actual board name youve joined last time.
2. On the board information panel, type a name of the board and password if any and then tap [ join ] button.
( You need correct password as well if the board was set up as private.)

** Is there any shortcut to join board I have joined before quickly? **
Yes, there is a history of boards youve join before on the board information panel.

** How can I add a new task ? **
Double tap will add a new empty task onto the board.
And soon your work mates will see it on their boards of iPads.

** How can I edit description of each task? **
A half bottom of the ToDo tag is editing area. Just tap there and you will have keyboard to type what you want.

** I want to type a bit long text but ToDo tag is too narrow. **
Please look at the right bottom corner of each ToDo tag. You can resize each ToDo tag by dragging that small triangle.

** How can I move ToDo tag? **
You can drag it to anywhere you want. If you move a ToDo tag, your team will see the result soon.

** How can I remove ToDo tag from the board? **
Tapping garbage icon on the ToDo tag will delete the task.
All the tags placed within the [Done] area can be removed at once by garbage button on the tool bar.
Plus, garbage button on the toolbar will send a report with a list of finished tasks to specified email address to your boss (maybe).
