Within the given timeline, you have to solve the whole board. From the deck of cards you can pick a suitable match. But, the number of cards on the deck are limited and if the deck is empty, the game is over. The less cards used from deck, the more points you gain. The quicker you solve the board, the more points you gain. There is also a wild card for you in case of difficult/no match case. But if it is not used, you shall get a bonus point.
