Grenoble Chagall

Lexposition Chagall et lavant-garde russe, hors-les-murs du Centre Pompidou est présentée au musée de Grenoble du 5 mars au 13 juin 2011. Plus de 150 œuvres issues des collections du musée national dArt moderne permettent de retracer une période particulièrement féconde de lhistoire de lart du XXe siècle, lavant-garde russe, avec comme fil conducteur lunivers fascinant dun des grands poètes de la peinture moderne Marc Chagall.

The Centre Pompidou extramuros exhibition Chagall and the Russian Avant-Garde will be on view at the Musée de Grenoble from 5 March to 13 June 2011. More than 150 works from the collections of the Musée National d’Art Moderne will enable visitors to rediscover an especially fertile period in the history of 20th century art the Russian avant-garde, with, as the thread, the fascinating world of one of the great poets of modern painting Marc Chagall.
