iTea HD, an iPad app for tea-lovers.

iTea HD covers a wide selection of different teas. It gives brewing advice for the true tea connoisseur.

In addition to being a classic tea-timer it includes the perfect tea-function. This shows the correct brewing time for each individual tea. It gives information about the correct water temperature that should be used. It calculates how long boiling water should be left to cool to the ideal temperature.*

iTea´s database currently includes 75 different teas, such as Nilgiri Blue Mountain, Yen Bai, Gyokuro or Sencha. Mainly green or black leaf teas. You can add your own teas to the database. The app will be regularly updated to add further teas.

* The water cooling calculations are an approximation. They will differ in real life dependent on height and air temperature. The calculations are based on heights up to 1500 metres/4921 foot and air temperature at 20°C/68°F.
