The software is designed according to the theory of sunlight influence on sleep cycle for human.
The software optimize the 90-minute-sleep cycle (effect on individuals varies.)
Please set the screen upward toward the ceiling to reflect simulated sunlight from the ceiling for optimized effect.
If the reflection is unapparent in an environment which is too bright, please fix iPhone with the rack at the location where the screen is toward user’s face during sleep.
P.S. The slow change in color is for the coordination and non-intervention of human body cycle rather than a computer crash.
本軟體根據陽光對人體睡眠週期影響的原理設計。
可讓每個90分鐘睡眠週期調整到最佳狀態(對個人影響各有差異)。
室內較暗者,請將螢幕向上對著天花板後放置,方可利用天花板把模擬的陽光反射,達到最佳效果。
如果環境太亮反射不明顯,請用車架將iPhone固定在將螢幕對準睡眠時臉部的位置。
