Use the built in quick journal to jot down your workouts quickly. It will keep track of the dates for you and allow you to look back over your progress.

Pose Gallery (photo-by-photo).
Use the pose gallery when watching the instruction videos to switch to a still, photo-by-photo display of each pose. Tap on the pose to get information about it. Email the instructions to yourself or a friend. Then return to the video in the same spot you left off to continue your workout.

NOTE This app currently runs on iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod Touch devices, iPad 1 and iPad 2 (most middle to newer devices), but does not run on iPhone 3G (the original rounded iPhone before 3GS). The developers are working to produce an update to allow play on the original 3G phones.
