NBA News Nozzl for iPad is here! Find everything NBA here!
Now there’s no more need to wait for the latest news about your favorite topics. Nozzl-powered apps search the online universe for postings—as soon as they appear online—and stream them to your mobile device. We look for the content you want, no matter where it is. News, entertainment and sports sites. Specialty blogs. Fan sites. Social media such as Twitter and (coming soon) Facebook.
Nozzls unique filtering technology constantly scours thousands of content sources from every continent on Earth (including Antarctica!). When it finds a match for your particular app, it sends it streaming directly to your iPad.
The app has two parallel streams. The “News” stream consists of feeds and tweets from media sources, blogs, fan sites—and often from newsmakers, celebrities and sports stars themselves. The “Social Media” stream contains tweets from people like you, offering links, opinions and new insights on the subject at hand.
Tapping on an item in the stream takes you to the original content. If the item is a tweet and you are a Twitter user, you can click links, retweet and everything else you normally do in Twitter.
If a stream is moving too fast to read easily—which can happen with a popular topic or fast-breaking news—you can tap the “Pause” button in the upper right corner of the stream box, just like you do on a video. When youre ready to resume the stream, tap the “Play” button. The stream will resume in seconds.
If youd like the stream to search for a particular word, phrase or name, type inside the “Search” box at the top of the stream box. The stream will deliver only new items containing your search string. To resume a full stream, simply erase everything in the “Search” box.
