Photo Pad Flickr allows you to sync all photos within your Flickr account to your iPad and carry them with you at all times. Features include

You must have a Flickr account in order to use this app. It requires internet access via WiFi or 3G only when initially syncing your photos. Photo Pad does not upload photos or modify your Flickr account in any way.
