Other Quibla Apps use the compass only, but relying on the compass gives very incorrect results on most of the worlds places as the magnetic poles naturally change their position by time. On the other hand, there is an inhomogeneous iron distribution close to the earths surface which changes the direction of the magnetic lines from one position to another. This makes the compass unusable for the traveler who doesnt know the correction value for any place.

Real Qibla takes position, height, direction and time wherever you are by using the IPhones functionalities and calculates with a complex algorithm based on the World-Magnetic-Model the correct direction to Mekka. Dependent on where you are, the deviation of other Quibla programs (their error) may exceed up to 40 degrees. Of course "RealQibla" always takes direction of the shortest way to Mekka!
